PRODUCT RETURN

You can return products ordered from our online store www.leisure-candle.com within 14 days of delivery or from the moment they are received by a person designated by you, without providing any reason. You may inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending the completed return form to contact@leisure-candle.com or by including it with the returned products in your shipment.

We will refund your payment, including delivery costs (up to the amount of the least expensive delivery option), within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

PREPARING THE RETURN PACKAGE

– Make sure the returned products show no signs of use.
– Candles must not be burned and should be returned in their original packaging.

ATTACHING YOUR RETURN DOCUMENTS

– Attach the completed return form to the package. Include proof of purchase (receipt/invoice/bank transfer confirmation).

CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

– Notify us of your decision to return the product by sending a statement to kontakt@leisure-candle.com or by including it in the package.

SHIPPING THE RETURN

– The return shipment must be sent at your own expense. The return address can be found at the bottom of this page.

COMPLAINTS

If the product you received was damaged during shipping or you need to file a complaint for any other reason, please complete the complaint form and send it to kontakt@leisure-candle.com.

To speed up the complaint process, please complete the following:

TAKING PHOTOS
of the damaged product and the damaged package.

FILLING OUT A DAMAGE REPORT
in the presence of the courier upon delivery.

If it was not possible to fill the damage report upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service to arrange for one to be created.

Please note: Filing a damage report does not initiate the complaint process. After completing the report, you must submit a formal complaint by sending the completed complaint form.

We strive to process complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once we receive your complaint form, we will reach out to you to confirm receipt and provide further instructions.
