Are your candles handmade?
Yes, all our candles are handcrafted in Poland.
How are your candles made?
Our candles are produced using a traditional, artisanal process. Every step is done by hand: cleaning the glass, securing the wick, blending wax with fragrance, pouring the wax, cleaning again, labeling, and packing.
What type of wax do you use?
For our ICONS collection, we use rapeseed wax, and all our candles are made from natural waxes. They are biodegradable, GMO-free, and cruelty-free. Find out more on our RAW MATERIALS page.
Are your fragrance ingredients safe?
Yes, our fragrances are safe for both people and the environment. They are IFRA-certified, REACH-compliant, and cruelty-free. More details can be found on our RAW MATERIALS page.
Does a larger candle have a stronger scent?
Yes, larger candles release a more intense fragrance because of the greater surface area of melted wax. Choose your candle size based on your room’s dimensions.

Can I return the glass container after my candle burns out?
Sustainability is important to us! We offer a glass return program where you can send back your used candle jar in exchange for a discount on your next purchase. The jar will be thoroughly cleaned and reused for a new candle. You can arrange a return via our GLASS RETURN page.
How can I ensure my candle burns evenly?
The first burn is crucial! Allow the wax to fully melt across the surface (around 3 hours) to prevent tunneling. Wax has a “memory,” so if you extinguish the candle too soon, it may not burn evenly in the future.
Why didn’t my candle burn evenly?
This usually happens if the wick is too long and bends to one side. Before lighting your candle again, trim the wick to about 0.5 cm (¼ inch). If the wick isn’t centered, adjust it while the wax is still warm using a toothpick or similar tool. This will ensure that the heat from the flame will melt the wax in the candle evenly during the next burn.
Why shouldn’t I burn my candle for more than 4 hours?
Burning a candle for longer than 4 hours can cause carbon buildup on the wick (a “mushroom” effect), leading to a large flame and excess soot.
Why does my candle have discoloration?
Natural wax reacts differently to fragrance oils compared to paraffin or stearin. These slight color variations are purely aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the candle.
Why is my candle smoking?
The main cause of a candle smoking is a wick that is too long. As the candle burns, the wax around the wick melts, and the liquid wax is drawn up to fuel the flame. If the wick is too long, the balance between heat and fuel is disrupted. This can trigger a chemical reaction that leads to soot formation and smoking. If this happens, extinguish the candle and make sure the wick is trimmed to approximately 0.5 cm.
Why is the flame flickering?
A flickering flame can be due to: A wick that is too long – trim it to 0.5 cm. Air movement – avoid placing the candle in a drafty area. Under no circumstances should you burn a candle in such places.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
What do order statuses mean?
Pending Payment – Waiting for your payment to be processed (applies to bank transfers).
In progress – Your order is being prepared.
Completed – Your order is ready for shipment and awaiting courier pickup.
How can I track my order?
We’ll send you email updates about your order’s status. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order until it reaches the Completed status.

For online payments, the charge is processed immediately.

Where can I find bank transfer details?

How do I return a product?
Notify us via email. Include a completed RETURN FORM in the package. Products must be returned within 14 days in their original condition. Once verified, we’ll issue a refund.
Do I have to pay for the return?
Yes, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
