DELIVERY
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours from the date they are placed, but we reserve the right to ship orders within 3 business days. Orders are delivered on business days, and the delivery time depends on the country of delivery and the season of the year. The approximate delivery time and cost are listed below.

RETURN
Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Attach to the shipment completed RETURN FORM and a document confirming the purchase (receipt/invoice) . After positive verification of the product, you will receive a refund to your bank account. The cost of returning the product is covered by the consumer.
Returned products cannot bear any traces of use, candles cannot be lit and must contain the original packaging.
